March 2023 Start, earlier start possible
We are looking for someone to join our team of Library Assistants.

During term time there will be various shifts available:

weekend hours (typically Saturdays 2pm - 6:30pm and Sundays 10:30am - 5pm, 2pm - 5pm, or 5pm - 10pm).

You will be working as part of a bank of Library staff to supervise and support the library users.

Tasks include manning the issue desk, managing the loans and returns, monitoring pupil behaviour and taking steps to control any disturbances when necessary.

You will also undertake a series of library tasks to be agreed:
these may include cataloguing journal articles, covering and labelling new stock, shelving etc. Training will be provided.


Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£10.07 per hour
