Social Director.

4 offices throughout the UK.


They are ideally looking for people with experience working on in-depth social media strategies, senior social consultancy and new business for both B2B and B2B brands, alongside strong team management.


Key Responsibilities as a Social Director:

  • Responsibility for the social media team, work, growth and direction
  • Shaping and overseeing the strategy, direction and delivery of client programmes
  • Maintaining senior relationships with clients and providing informed advice on often complex issues
  • Developing expert knowledge of our services and sectors to provide the best counsel to clients
  • Lead generation and responding to new business briefs.
  • Full commercial responsibility for key clients
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional client work

Experience Required as a Social Director:

  • 8 years' experience spanning social, content, paid media, and influencer marketing.
  • Agency experience
  • Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and sell social media solutions to clients.
  • Strong critical thinking and exceptional track record of leading clients and teams.
