**IT Support Engineer

Felixstowe / Suffolk

CV Screen are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer for a rapidly expanding company in Felixstowe.


You will report to the IT Manager and work in a collaborative environment providing frontline support for an extremely busy business that relies heavily on its IT systems.

On occasions, the role will involve travel to different sites in the UK.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up new Workstations
  • Install and configure appropriate software
  • Provide guidance to users on the operation of new software and equipment
  • Troubleshoot / diagnose and resolve any problems
  • Provide support to a high standard on MS 365, Desktop support, VOIP phone support

Required skills (some of the following):

  • Basic Knowledge of IT Security and compliance
  • Previous IT Support experience is required (including strong troubleshooting skills)
  • Knowledge of Azure / Migrations / Networking would be useful
**Salary
**Up to £32000 per annum depending on experience

**Hours
**Monday to Friday 9-5 (Hours can be flexible)
