Description

The salary for this role is £24,500. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

The Role:

Take ownership of processing preemployment screening cases on behalf of recruitment customers
Carry out detailed and careful processing of compliance cases
Escalating any issues to the recruitment customers
Provide support when needed with queries raised by users via the support desk, ensuring tickets are resolved
Ensure a timely response to issues reported and that support SLAs are always met
Escalate any issues or challenges to the Agency Support Manager
Help manage new development requests from clients
Support the team with setting up of new implementations
Support the team with the creation and maintaining documentation as needed
Assist the team with any other project related tasks

The Person:

Keen eye for detail
Excellent organisation skills
A positive can do attitude, being punctual and reliable
Ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
Ability to communicate clearly to clients, contractors and colleagues
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Previous customer service experience
IT and/or Compliance knowledge would be desirable
