Screening Administrator - Altrincham, United Kingdom - PayStream Accounting Services
Description
The salary for this role is £24,500. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
The Role:
- Take ownership of processing preemployment screening cases on behalf of recruitment customers
- Carry out detailed and careful processing of compliance cases
- Escalating any issues to the recruitment customers
- Provide support when needed with queries raised by users via the support desk, ensuring tickets are resolved
- Ensure a timely response to issues reported and that support SLAs are always met
- Escalate any issues or challenges to the Agency Support Manager
- Help manage new development requests from clients
- Support the team with setting up of new implementations
- Support the team with the creation and maintaining documentation as needed
- Assist the team with any other project related tasks
The Person:
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- A positive can do attitude, being punctual and reliable
- Ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly to clients, contractors and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Previous customer service experience
- IT and/or Compliance knowledge would be desirable
