At least two years scheduling experience - From taking the initial calls through to completion- A background working within social housing
- Excellent telephone and customer services skills
- Understanding of typical property maintenance terminology
- Good IT literacy
- Excellent organisational skills
The day-to-day duties are going to be:
- Scheduling appointments with residents and building managers for works to be completed
- Planning operative working activities, responding to an everchanging environment
