Procurement Coordinator / Internal Supplier Manager
Leading IT Support and Service provider
Kirkham based business - Home working available
Salary - up to £30k + Benefits
My client are an exciting IT support and service provider based in Lancashire but operating across the UK working predominantly with Blue Chip business' and larger corporate organisations.
The business are PE backed with just shy of 70 employees and a turnover of £35million which is set to grow significantly over the next 2 years.
Following a period of high success, the business are looking to grow their existing team across the board and are keen to secure a procurement specialist to concentrate on all internal buying within the business and support future growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for looking at existing supplier database and streamlining supplier relationships and engagement
- Create a process / model to monitor the purchasing and allow to resource plan for the year ahead
- Focus on cost savings, ensuring that all suppliers are the best and most cost effective
- Ensure all administration is in place across the business
- Ensure all areas of the business compliant
The role is predominantly home based with the expectation that you will attend meetings and socials at the office as and when required.
