Salary:
£28,000 - £33,000


Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday


Duration:
Permanent


Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Life Assurance after 1 year service, Pension


Duties will include:


  • Build and assembly of electrical control panels and switchgear
  • Reading and working to engineering drawings and schematics
  • Fault finding and diagnosis during machine assembly
  • Commissioning of drives and motors
  • PLC input and output testing

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Electrical experience, including panel assembly and wiring from diagrams
  • Experience building switch gear
  • Able to use hand tools, mechanical and electrical equipment
  • City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Able to work as part of a small team
