Customer Service Executive
£10.30 working 40 hours per week
Stansted

I am currently representing a well known rental car company based in Stansted who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support their growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking tofurther their skillset.

Working on a 2 week rota:
Mon to Fri one week additional week, 3 week days + Saturday, Sunday
Start time and finish time between the hours of 7:00-22:00

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent customer service experience
  • Providing information about new, existing products and services
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Assisting customers during their live rentals
  • Process al workshop vehicles while following operating procedures
  • Making sure KPI's are being met

Requirements:


  • Valid clean driving licence (Minimum 4 years driving experience)
  • Experience in customer service role is essential
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential
