£12.00 per hour

A fantastic and exciting, unique opportunity to be a part of a renowned as a Junior Office/Finance Administrator. In this role you will be dealing with everyday general administrative and finance tasks to assist the office team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing general administrative support to the office/finance team
  • Scanning, photocopying, preparing bundles
  • Finishing of various excel admin/finance documents every day, accuracy and attention to detail is important
  • Typing of general correspondence and finance documents
  • Sorting reception duties involving answering the phone, welcoming clients and dealing with inquiries
  • Archiving and maintaining an accurate filing system
  • Arranging post and delivering, and booking couriers
  • Offering additional administrative/finance support to the onsite
  • Retaining office weekly rotas and schedules

Key Requirements:


  • IT skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Can handle huge volumes of data quickly and accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Can use initiative appropriately whilst working well as part of a small team
  • Can build effective working relationships
  • Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and selfmotivated
  • Good with English (verbally and written)
