Job Summary:
- To provide an efficient secretarial and administration service to the Merchandise Directors and Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the 6 Merchandise Directors diaries
- Organise and coordinate the Merchandising meetings, room bookings including set up of VC and Conference calls
- Arrange and coordinate travel, organise itineraries and book flights, cars and accommodation as required for Merchandise Directors and teams.
- Prepare presentations in Power Point on an ad hoc basis.
- Pull together basic spreadsheetbased analysis.
- Assist in filing and keeping information current and appropriate.
- Undertake adhoc projects/tasks that may be assigned by the Directors.
- Help to organise department conferences and events internally and externally.
- Provide general administrative support to Merchandise department (typing, photocopying, stationery, holiday chart etc.)
- Process purchase orders and invoices in Oracle as required
- Processing expenses in Oracle for Merchandise Director as required.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous secretarial/administration experience.
- Proven communication and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint._ _
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and flexibility to provide support especially on Monday mornings
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- High degree of integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
