Customer Care Advisor - Leicester, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
Are you a skilled customer car advisor? Do you always help customers with a high satisfaction rate? This is the role for youHours of work hours around 7:30am to 3:30pm. Early finish on Friday around 2:30pm
Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer care at all times (ensuring a continuous bespoke/personal service)
- Responding to customer queries within the agreed response time/SLA
- Building relationships with customers and colleagues in a people focussed environment
- Collating accurate data for customers and internal reporting
- Ensure all historical correspondence and orders are filed correctly
- General administration and office duties including answering main telephone and front door to visitors
