Description
Are you a skilled customer car advisor? Do you always help customers with a high satisfaction rate? This is the role for you


Hours of work hours around 7:30am to 3:30pm. Early finish on Friday around 2:30pm


Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer care at all times (ensuring a continuous bespoke/personal service)
  • Responding to customer queries within the agreed response time/SLA
  • Building relationships with customers and colleagues in a people focussed environment
  • Collating accurate data for customers and internal reporting
  • Ensure all historical correspondence and orders are filed correctly
  • General administration and office duties including answering main telephone and front door to visitors
