We are looking for motivated, organised and proactive Team Leaders to join the Manufacturing team at our Cardiff site.

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading FMCG food and drink manufacturers with an impressive portfolio of brands such as Napolina, Mazola and Jucee.

The Position

Most importantly, the Production Team Leader will lead by example and support company values, set targets and provide regular feedback on employees' performance, coordinate and deliver training and coaching as required, provide recognition for excellent work and challenge work that is not to the set standards.

Shift Pattern

Continental Shift Pattern - 3 on 3 off 2 on 2 off consisting of earlies 6AM - 6PM followed by nights 6PM - 6AM.

Required Experience

Manufacturing experience including emergency procedures, management of hazardous materials, usage and storage of appropriate PPE
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team,
Intermediate level PC Skills (Microsoft Office)
Good working knowledge of SAP reporting, planning activity at local level, material control
Effective communication skills
Experience of managing a team including coaching and developing
Food Awareness and Hygiene certified
Continuous improvement
Maintaining accurate and legible records
