We have an exciting opportunity in our department for an outstanding Information Management Coordinator to make an impact on the quality of our services.


You'll be part of a team that plays an essential role in Information Management activities within our Google Workspace environment.

Collaborating with colleagues across technology and business areas, you will find creative ways to solve complex and challenging problems that directly improve University life for our staff and students.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a good awareness of Information Technology, in particular collaboration suites like Google or Microsoft and their associated information management requirements.
  • Is a problem solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; report writing skills; experience of delivering presentations; listening and communicating to staff at all levels.
  • Is well organised, resilient and able to prioritise own tasks, working to tight deadlines and delivering under pressure.
