Are you an Estate Agent looking for a new challenge, or a Land Consultant wishing to work with a market leader? Do you thrive in a busy and fast paced environment? If so, we may have the role for you Our client is looking to expand their Land department across Kent

The details are:

Salary:
Circa £26,000 dependent on experience + Commission

On Target Earnings:
Uncapped

Location:
Rochester

Work Pattern:5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

Duties will include:

Sourcing and selling land on behalf of the company
Dealing with referrals, identifying leads, liaising with developers, and working closely with our network of branches
Identifying development opportunities through various sources and platforms
Problem solving and influence outcome
Working towards set targets
Assisting the Land & New Homes director develop business across the group and increase profitability for the department.
