Year 4/EYFS PPA Teacher required at lovely Dalston Primary School

ASAP

A PPA Teacher is required at this charming and diverse 1 form entry Primary School located in Dalston, Hackney to start ASAP

This is a role required for the rest of the academic year.

The School
The school is located close to Dalston Overround Station. As the school is so small, there is a real community feel shared between the staff and students.

The Head Teacher is also the SENCO and has a deep understanding of fostering an inclusive enviornmentand this is reflective of the creative curriculum and support in place for children who require additional support.

Parents feel supported also and are extremely appreciative of the relationThis is a well-established school in the Hackney borough with a progressiveHead Teacher and SLT leading the school.

There are a few Opogo staff who have joined the school on a long term/permanent basis and absolutely love how the school operates and the children too.

The children feel safe and welcome in the school, and for the mostpart are extremely well behaved.

Around 70% of the children qualify for free school meals and around 25% of the children are thought to have additional needs/undiagnosed SEND.

The atmosphere of the school has been described as vibrant and friendly.

The school has recently received funding from the local council, and boasts a brand new state of the art playground and ICT room.

The Role
The role will focus primarily on teaching both the Early Years class and Year 4 class
