We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant on behalf of our public sector client based in Chelmsford.
The role will be to provide customer service and administrative support to the public places department.

Key duties will include:

Monitor the streetcare and recycling inbox and deal with enquiries
Access and input information on to Salesforce
Recording checking and processing collections, etc.
Data input
