Description

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of the Research and Scholarly Activity, and Student Partnership and Engagement strategies.
  • To lead on student engagement within the Fellowship program across NCG.
  • Organise and deliver student engagement events, with a focus on facilitating opportunities for students to showcase their work internally and externally.
  • Working collaboratively with students to produce inhouse publications that showcase student work.
  • Working with underrepresented groups within NCG to develop student voice and academic attainment.
  • Developing opportunities for capturing student voice and implementing student led changes which will lead to improvements of the student voice aspect of higher education surveys.
  • Contributing to the successful development, implementation and evaluation of HE research projects for NCG.
  • To work with the NCG's higher education academic staff and students to conduct primary research related to the student experience, access and participation, graduate outcomes, learning and teaching, and student enhancement.
  • Maintaining records and databases, drafting technical/progress reports and papers.
