Description
The Learning Management System (LMS) is an essential training platform that all staff interact with. Administering a system is such an important role in an NHS trust and is vital and wholly rewarding.


The post holder will be the Second line of support for system issues and will communicate with system suppliers/IT to obtain resolutions where required.

The post holder will use initiative to resolve issues and prioritise workloads.

The post holder will escalate issues to the TEL System Manager/TEL Lead whilst maintaining updates to the LMS issues log.


The post holder will implement processes for uploads of data from external training sites where required and provide solutions to help resolve data issues.

The post holder will also be responsible for the weekly uploads from our Electronic Staff Records system into the LMS, which ensures that all staff data held within the system is accurate and up to date.

The post holder will be responsible for comprehensive administration relating to a wide range of learning, training and development activities across the Trust, including the organisation of rooms and trainers.

The post holder will liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) with the planning, structure and setup of courses on the LMS and provide administrator training to a variety of roles.

The position includes diary management.
