My Willows recruit based on values - However you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care and experience of working in a care and support setting. You must also have a UK driving Licence.

Care Practitioners are key to helping us provide the support and care our customers deserve.

- You'll be working from care plans, supporting customers through social & personal interactions. We help people build their confidence & to remain independent to stay in their own home for longer.

Care Practitioner pay rate of
£11.44 per hour (
£12.04 on weekends) recognises the value of our team members.
