As
Associate Director you will play a key role within the
Corporate Communications team, which is responsible for enhancing the company's corporate reputation as well as its global investment platform spanning real estate and infrastructure investment solutions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead PATRIZIA's international communications efforts with a strong focus on protecting and enhancing PATRIZIA's reputation among external audiences
  • Manage PATRIZIA's global network of PR agencies to drive its media relations programme in core European markets (excluding Germany) as well as in Asia Pacific
  • Maintain and develop PATRIZIA's relationships with key toptier trade media outlets as well as global financial and business publications
  • Create high quality communications materials, including (but not limited to) press releases, media statements, market commentary, key messaging, corporate narratives and briefing documents
  • Coordinate a holistic media programme that prominently positions PATRIZIA at major trade fairs, including MIPIM and EXPO Real
  • Identify and secure relevant opportunities to strengthen the profile of PATRIZIA's key spokespeople throughout the industry e.g. industry events, panel discussions, roundtables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse mix of corporate stakeholders, including PATRIZIA Executives, journalists, industry associations and public bodies
  • Advise PATRIZIA's senior leadership team on complex corporate issues, key market trends, public/media sentiment on critical topics, and reputational risks to the business
  • Support PATRIZIA's broader communications programme, including thoughtleadership, internal communications, Executive communications, social media and crisis communications
  • Support the Head of Corporate Communications with the development of compelling narratives to support PATRIZIA's global strategy and corporate storyline
  • Identify relevant industry trends, themes and narratives that support PATRIZIA's corporate storyline

What we look for

  • Substantial experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in an international environment with inhouse experience
  • A background in real assets (real estate and infrastructure) or financial services is highly desirable
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • A trackrecord collaborating with global teams in order to navigate complex challenges and deliver projects to a high standard
  • A positive team player who can operate independently but also as part of an integrated MarCom team
  • A proactive selfstarter who is resultsdriven with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose a broad mix of communications materials suitable for an international audience
  • A deep interest and curiosity in the global economy and investment landscape is advantageous but not essential
