Business Administration Apprentice


We're on the hunt for an open-minded colleague who is collaborative and has new ideas to work at our Dover site.

To be successful, you'll need to have the drive to learn and in return we'll offer you a career with us.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Crewing department.
  • Organise and facilitate training courses and meetings where requested.
  • Send out joining instructions for training courses and meetings and assist in producing presentations / preparing materials.
  • Book travel & accommodation as required.
  • Assist & attend meetings, seminars and corporate events, including arranging venues, accommodation, travel, equipment and provisions as required.
  • Track, record & process expenses for the department.
  • Assist in the organisation and arrangement of crew / training events, dinners and seminars.
  • Must be prepared to travel on the vessels, and travel to other ports / office locations.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong administrator.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Represent the Company in a smart, professional manner.
  • Customer orientated.
  • Flexible approach to work, with willingness to learn.
  • Computer literate knowledge of Word and Excel are essential.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, punctual, good attention to detail
