Description

Enthusiastic, reliable and experienced tuition assistant with specialism in maths, English or science required to support students aged 4-16 with personalised tuition programmes at our learning centre in Darlington.


Duties:

To assist the Centre Manager in the setting of a student's class work and homework.

To accurately mark, provide constructive feedback and record progress of student's work in accordance with set guidelines.

To build and maintain positive working relationships with other staff and parents.

To manage parent enquiries informatively.

To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working hours.

To have a friendly, approachable and professional manner with excellent communication skills.


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£8.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
