Northamptonshire

Up to £27,000 DOE

Code Red are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer to join one of our clients based in Northamptonshire, this will be a 1st/2nd line role This is a exciting, creative and dynamic business to work for.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be supporting on 1st and 2nd line support for IT users withing the business for Infrastructure and services.
  • Supporting IT incidents
  • Monitor the IT systems CRM and ERP

Requirements:


  • CRM systems
  • ERP systems
  • IP Telephony
  • Networking and firewall background


  • Office 36

  • Apple MAC experience
  • Active directory, DHCP
  • Vmware or similar
  • Microsoft dynamicsNAVor sugar CRM
  • Linux

Qualifications:


  • Microsoft certification

Must Have:


  • Driving License
