Description
Our client, a leading international Law Firm is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forward mail and correspondence to the appropriate teams
- Organize and maintain internal filing systems
- Arrange conference calls / Zoom calls where necessary
- Support department with administration tasks where required
- Assist with adhoc projects when required
- Manage calendars for teams and to assist where necessary
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, forwarding and responding correctly
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar Administration Assistant position, preferably within the Legal sector or similar professional services firms
- Proficient in all software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with all work completed
- Organized with the ability to multitask whilst maintaining accuracy at all times
- Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a globally-recognized Law Firm who are leaders within their field.
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years' experience in the Legal sector as an Administration Assistant where you are responsible for and confident working with multiple teams within the organization.
The role as an Administration Assistant will give you great experience within the Legal sector working with multiple departments across the firm.
