Do you have the skills to provide a comprehensive homelessness prevention and housing advice service to households at risk of homelessness?

If you are motivated, resourceful and willing to be a member of a team which seeks to continually improve, you could be who we are looking for.

Specifically, you will need to demonstrate a knowledge of homelessness and housing law as well as being able to show an ability to deal with a range of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds with varying levels of need.

In addition, you will be expected to have experience of working in a homelessness or similar related area and have the ability to deal with difficult situations with empathy and diplomacy.

The role will include face to face interviewing, office-based work and some home working.
