Our client, an established distributer of 8 renowned brands requires a graduate looking to kick start their career. You will fulfil a 360 Customer service role, answering queries, processing orders and co-ordinating deliveries.


You will need to be customer focused, driven by representing the business to a high standard to maintain its reputation.

A confident communicator, organised and efficient individual is required, someone with exceptional attention to detail.


You will have the chance to become part of an established brand, while being challenged and gaining invaluable industry experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process orders following systems process
  • Advise and assist customers with any enquiries
  • Set up of new accounts, including setting credit limits
  • Monitoring orders end to end and rectifying issues/delays
  • Process product returns, both expected and unexpected.
  • Raise credits and refunds.
  • Manage customer portals with updates and amendments
  • Amazon Vendor Central, including chargebacks

Skills and attributes

  • Degree educated
  • Passion for retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, hair care or skin care
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Warm engaging professional
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and resolve issues
