Description

To provide administration support to the Non-Medical Undergraduate Practice Education team Work with the Non-Medical Undergraduate team to manage the new starter process for all new non-medical undergraduate learners allocated to the organisation.

Create job requests for the new starter IT accounts and book places onto ICT training sessions, Trust Induction.

Create new learner accounts on E-Roster and internal placement systems To input and maintain placement information in relation to non-medical undergraduate learners, onto Higher Education Institutes and internal placement systems.

Work in collaboration with the Apprenticeship Team to collate all non-medical healthcare apprentice placements, communicating this information with the E-Rostering Team for uploading on to internal systems and informing E-Rostering Team of any changes.

Support the wider education administration team with cross cover and reception cover when deemed appropriate.
