Well established professional home Healthcare company is looking for an experienced, positive, hardworking, and highly organised Administrative Coordinator to join their office team based in North London with a "can do" attitude as a Care Coordinator.

Working hours are 9am to 5pm - Office based near Bounds Green N11.


What the role involves:


Responsible for the day-to-day running of a select group of clients and their careers and responsible for all related administration.

To assess prospective clients' care needs and produce the relevant administrative documentation.

The care coordinator will be completing weekly administrative rotas and updating and managing all IT systems to ensure data is kept up to date.


Please note the role does require for you to have a driving licence.
