What you will do in your working day
- Answering / making internal telephone calls, handling internal and external queries.
- Carry out all administrative duties where required in line with RBC Brewin Dolphin procedures
- Understand and adhere to Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role in Operations
- Help our clients thrive by providing an excellent client service, delivering against expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated.
- Processing of various daily client service processes using appropriate systems, tools and procedures to update and maintain accurate client records.
- Accurately record daily task activities undertaken.
- Attending and contributing to regular daily team meetings and engagement sessions.
- Participating in internal diversity and inclusion sessions.
- Supporting process improvements based upon day to day handling of above.
- Maintaining a professional image at all times
The training you will be getting
You will also work towards the CISI Investment Operations Certificate
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must:
- Have the rights to work in the UK
- Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
- Have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above
