What you will do in your working day

Answering / making internal telephone calls, handling internal and external queries.
Carry out all administrative duties where required in line with RBC Brewin Dolphin procedures
Understand and adhere to Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework specific to the role in Operations
Help our clients thrive by providing an excellent client service, delivering against expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated.
Processing of various daily client service processes using appropriate systems, tools and procedures to update and maintain accurate client records.
Accurately record daily task activities undertaken.
Attending and contributing to regular daily team meetings and engagement sessions.
Participating in internal diversity and inclusion sessions.
Supporting process improvements based upon day to day handling of above.
Maintaining a professional image at all times
