Main role:

Caretaker (Static) - must have a full UK driving licence though as you will be expected to drive a small vehicle for bin collections from underground level to ground in order for them to be collected.


Based:
Colindale - NW9


Pay:
£13.20 PAYE per hour including holiday pay - you will be paid weekly.


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm - 1 hour lunch - paid 35 hours for a full week.


I am currently recruiting for a temp to perm role for a estates caretaker to work for a large housing association the role will mainly be as a caretaker making sure the blocks are kept clean and in good order, as mentioned above you will be expected to drive a small vehicle in order for bins to be transported from another level in preparation for them to be collected.


Main duties:

Communal cleaning (80-90% of the work) - Sweeping, mopping, hoovering, litter picking, managing bin stores for collection and tidying
Minor maintenance work - replace light bulbs, tighten screws etc. fix any health and saftey concerns and report any major works that need to be done


We are looking for a team player with a can do attitude who is willing to do ad hoc duties given by there supervisor or team leader when needed who will help facilitate a cooperative team environment and would be willing to help others.


The role will require a up to date basic DBS dated within 1 year - if you don't have a updated 1 we can put one through if you are successful at interview.
