Masstemps LTD are currently recruiting for a full time, factory/despatch worker to join a busy engineering company in the heart of Droitwich.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting to meet production goals
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Palletise and shrink wrap products and prepare for delivery
  • Assist in all areas of despatch where needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
  • Full training will be provided for this role.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm


Rate of pay:
Starting at £10.42 per hour with increases available alongside career progression.
