2fawcett are recruiting for an accounts assistant to work for a leading business based in Ilkeston.
Our client are one of the leading sub-contractors in their niche industry and are looking for someone to join their small but friendly accounts team based in Ilkeston.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Reconciling intercompany balances and statements
- Credit cards reconciliations
- Payroll and pension administration
- VAT returns
- ONS statistics forms
- Banking
- Balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements of the Accounts Assistant
- Previous experience working within a similar role.
- Experience working within an SME or engineering business would be advantageous.
- Previous use of Sage Line 50 is preferred.

Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
