Job Description:


We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join a highly successful and motivated team to manage an expanding portfolio of asset localisation production accounts, working with clients primarily based in the Nordic region but with Global footprints.


Clients include:

  • Norwegian Air
  • Norwegian Seafood Council
  • Hurtigruten Expedition Cruises
  • Graff
  • EFG/Blackrock
  • Tine Diary Products

Responsibilities

  • Scoping of integrated production projects of varying scales and budgets, and retained accounts.
  • Working closely with Client Management and Finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is reviewed and maintained
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable having client exposure, when required
  • Raise PO's to third party suppliers as managed and briefed; and approve invoices against cost reconciliations
  • Support Resource Management on freelance requests in the event of identified skill gaps or lack of capacity with our internal teams; working with Capability Partners on talent casting
  • Good creative eye to understand client's guidelines and toolkits, guiding project teams in the production of new and adapted formats and language variants
  • Compelling written and verbal skills to ensure clear understanding of the services we offer and to convey complex information effectively without confusion
  • Understanding of production rates and the ability to assess, interrogate and estimate complex production requests
  • You will provide solutions, suggest process efficiencies and optimising and introducing better ways of working

Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in a fast paced media asset production account, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, delivery and project financials
  • Extensive experience in digital display media adaptation and localisation
  • Proven experience in managing DCO campaigns of all sizes, managing timelines and running projects independently from conception; through to delivery
  • Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements on a daily and/or weekly basis (as required)
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines
  • A fierce sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value
  • Adept at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in successful delivery of projects
  • High level of organisation with brilliant prioritisation and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Methodical, proactive selfstarter with an eye for detail
  • Proven ability to provide excellent client service
