CUSTOMER LOYALTY ADVISOR | AYLESBURY | FULL TIME | HYBRID | £22, £25,000.00 per annum
Our client is an award-winning online healthcare supplier, specialising in GP surgery and care home supplies.

They are passionate about delivering quality products and services to their customers, and are now looking for a Customer Loyalty Advisor to jointheir team and help deliver outstanding levels of service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products
  • Update and maintain the company website with accurate and uptodate information
  • Take ownership of your own tasks and ensure completion in line with company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with web content management systems is a plus
