The Earning Potential, Benefits, and Rewards
You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £24,000.00-£40,000.00.

The Training

You will receive "master classes" from experienced Senior Consultants on all aspects of the recruitment process and as you develop your career, the training opportunities will continue with external trainers and industry specialists.
