The Contract Change Specialist has responsibility for managing various types of changes through the Selborne contract, working collaboratively with the customer, Capita leads and Tier 1 partners to ensure the achievement of all contractual requirements.

This is a key role and requires significant stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

This is a Hybrid role based between your home and HMS Collingwood, Fareham (50/50)

What you'll be doing:


  • Acting as the Contract Change Specialist
  • Governance of Contract Change processes from start to completion.
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Managing the changes through end to end framework
  • Stakeholder management
  • Updating change logs via Excel

What we're looking for:


  • Previous project management/coordination/PMO experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Any knowledge of procurement would be highly desirable
  • Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level

About Project Selborne:

Project Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021.

It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
