Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional service
  • Book vehicles into the workshop diary
  • Liaise with the team to track vehicle progress and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct reminder calls for postvisit followups and regular maintenance
  • Source replacement parts for vehicle repairs
  • Occasionally assist with the collection and delivery of customer vehicles
  • Produce quotations and invoices

What You'll be Rewarded With:

- £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary + Generous Bonus

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Service Advisor
  • Passion for personal and professional growth
  • A firstclass cando attitude
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Customer service experience in a garage or car dealership
