The role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 7 prestigious university partners.

Following a recent major refurbishment project, KIC London offers students a beautiful, state-of-the-art study environment, with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence.

Our KIC London team is committed to ensuring our students thrive socially and academically during their studies.

Our college is located next to borough market, two minutes from London Bridge station, offering fantastic views across the Thames to the City of London.

The College Services team play a vital role covering all aspects of the student lifecycle, from registration to course completion.

The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, student wellbeing and administration.

As a College Services Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures.

As a College Services Advisor you will:

Provide excellent customer service in a student facing environment.
Deal with student enquiries by providing a flexible, personalised and inclusive approach.
Maintain accurate information on the student management system.
Support prearrival, arrivals, registration and welcome events.
Assist in the maintenance and development of studentfacing content.
Support the development and delivery of extracurricular activities.
Provide administrative support.
Support students in relation to wellbeing and safeguarding.
Assist compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Have a flexible approach to work, for example, some out of hours work may be required during busy periods.
Work with the College team to continuously improve the student experience.
Carry out any other duties as required by the College Management Team
Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.
Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexibly.
Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.
Attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative.
