Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with applicants, determining their eligibility for ECO4 funding, and scheduling them for our pre install surveys.
  • Guiding customers towards energy efficiency through your knowledge of the scheme and advising them of the funding packages available completely free to them, to reduce their household bills.
  • Organising the routes for our surveyors, ensuring seamless operations, and swiftly tackling any challenges that arise.
  • Ensuring all essential documents are in place before the surveys commence.
  • Utilise your expertise to evaluate Energy Performance certificates, property profiles, and other criteria, determining the eligibility of our applicants.

What we want from you:

  • A radiant, spirited personality that shines through in all you do.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a preference for those who've worked in call centres/office environments.
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, with our comprehensive training program to support your growth.
  • An organised individual with a cando attitude, ready to tackle challenges headon.
  • Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and initiatives that drive company success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets or similar platforms.

Compensation that reflects your value:

  • A competitive salary starting at £22,000 per annum, with enticing OTE opportunities upwards of £30,000.

£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
