The Role
We're seeking an individual to enhance existing processes and maintain open communication with the team to ensure smooth operations of the charity.
- Required 3 days at the FT offices in St Paul's, and 2 days remote.
- Salary range: £30k-35k based on experience.

The FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign (FLIC) aims to promote financial literacy where it's most needed to make a significant societal impact.
About FT FLIC's Activities
FT FLIC strives to democratize financial education with free engaging content for youth, women, and marginalized groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Partnerships Manager in distributing FT FLIC's school curriculum.
- Build and maintain contact database for the charity.
- Aid in evaluating educational programs.
- Assist in social media and video outreach.
- Help maintain content on FLIC's Learning Hub.
- Contribute to the charity's impact report.
- Develop and manage staff records.
- Collaborate with team and partners for engaging audiences.
- Handle bookkeeping and invoices.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in administrative roles.
- IT skills and knowledge of CRM software.
- Basic Wordpress maintenance skills.
- Proficiency in managing invoices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to initiate and maintain processes.
Desirable
- Experience in education or charity sector.
- Understanding of financial literacy education.
- Affinity for social media and SEO.
