Our client, a specialist professional services organisation, are looking for Process Specialists to join their team on a 12 Month FTC as they embark on exciting transformation programme.
Led by the deployment of a new core system their mission is to simplifyinternal processes and improve their overall customer experience.
The Process Specialist will perform the vital role of capturing and documenting the existing processes and controls, creating and then maintaining a library of process, control and training documentation for all internal departments.
To be considered, you will need to have
- Proven experience of assimilating and producing process documentation
- Exposure to process workflows
- Worked within a business team
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Relevant Degree or BA Qualification
The role will offer the opportunity for a mixture of office based and remote working, the ratio will be determined by the project needs.
