£28,000 - £32,000

Job Role

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for all internal IT systems, hardware and software
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain and update documentation of IT systems
  • Identify potential risks and take the necessary steps to mitigate them
  • Implement security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure
  • Proactively monitor systems and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide advice and guidance on best practices for IT infrastructure

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Indepth knowledge of Windows server, networking and security
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
