Are you an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator looking to process further in your career?

Our client is a well-established, highly respected Estate Agency. Providing only the very best customer service, with a friendly and transparent approach. Solely recognising that estate agency is primarily about people.


As a Letting Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

  • Negotiating between vendor and tenant
  • Scheduling and leading viewings for prospective renters
  • Registering clients
  • Driving business

To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator you must have:

  • Experience as a lettings negotiator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to generate business
  • Thrive in a competitive market
  • UK driving license

Working hours:


As a Monday - Friday you'll be required to work one in two Saturdays (with a day owed in lieu).


Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • £21,000
  • £22,000 basic salary
- £26,000 OTE

  • Company pool car available to use when needed
  • Commission
