I am looking for an Accounts Assistant for expanding client who specialises within the hire and sales industry. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their talented UK team.Job role
The role would include working on Sales and Purchase ledgers, including preparing draft account to P&L level and analysing and presenting to the MD, as well as statement & bank reconciliation and posting to Sage.
You would also be processing purchase invoices, sending out monthly statements, dealing with customer account queries and chasing customer payments.
There would also be some general office related tasks when required.Requirements:
Applicants should be organised and have good numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on their own and with individuals in our small team, while liaising with external customers & contacts.
