Description
Excellent opportunity to join an acqusitive company, leading a team of 3, focussed on the following responsibilities:

  • Driving Integration of M&A Business Units
  • Develop and create the financial integration plans
  • Be the interface point to deliver finance integration steps into SSC
  • Create and develop a consistent reporting framework for financial reporting
  • Manage the divisional financial accounting processes, prepare annual forecasts and budgets, monthly management accounts and business plans for selected activities in line with group accounting policy/IFRS
  • Develop the division's governance guidelines, including delegation of authorities, risk register & management reporting accounting
