The Role


As the Incident Co-ordinator within the team, you will be responsible for tracking, expediting & managing incidents, tasks, and requests in line with agreed service levels.

Working within the service management tool performing daily checks to ensure all incidents are updated consistently and correctly by the service desk team.


The incident co-ordinator will also be required to respond to and investigate inbound queries from the client, liaising with the service management team to investigate and respond in a timely manner.

As part of the role, you will also be required to allocate, manage, and resolve Incidents, tasks, and requests via third party resolver teams., attending client and third-party facing meetings to discuss and agree next steps on any open incidents.


The person

Highly Desirable:


  • Experience working within a service desk environment.
  • Previous experience of incident management tools.
  • Problemsolving & Cando attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience in producing client facing reports on a deadline.
  • Well organized with a high level of attention for detail.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel).

Beneficial:


  • ITSM experience
  • Specifically Service Now.
  • Good understanding of SLA's & KPI's.
  • ITIL Qualification or relatable experience.

Job Types:

Salary:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Experience:

- working on a
