Key responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to enquiries.
- Deal with inbound initial enquiries to the company
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Support the international IFA's.
- Maintain and improve product and industry knowledge.
To qualify you should have inbound and outbound telephone experience, a sales or customer services background and an interest or work experience of financial services.
You must also have drive and ambition, and looking for a new challenging role with a longestablished and successful company.
