Material Handling Operator

Location:
Sudbury

Duration: 3 Months - Potential to extension

Rate:
£11ph - Overtime rates available

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm, Friday 6am pm

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Material Handling Operator who our well known client based in Sudbury

Job Duties

To carry out required tasks within all areas of Sudbury warehouse and stores.
Inclusive of supply line to production floor.
Working in line with Lean Manufacturing principles;
Provide a constant and efficient materials supply to the production line (water spider)
To be conversant and compliant at all times with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.

Skills

Bias for Action
Ability to work in fast pace environment while retaining strong attention to detail and making decisions
Ability to work effectively in teams
A knowledge of computer based systems
Good communication skills

Beneficial (not mandatory requirement)

Relevant experience within a warehouse environment
Fork Truck license preferably counter balance
