A vacancy has arisen for a B2 Administration Assistant within the Estates, Facilities and PFI Division at County Hospital to work within a team of Administrative Assistants and Secretarial staff providing administrative support to the Estates, Facilities and PFI Division management office and the non
- clinical support services it provides to the Trust.


The post holder will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude and flexible approach.

The post holder will be keen to develop their knowledge and skills to meet this busy and demanding role.


The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills to RSA 2 and a NVQ level 2 in Business administration or relevant experience.

Previous experience of working in an administrative/clerical role would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team member and be adaptable and flexible in a busy office environment is a must.
