Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first first point of call for customers dealing with a high volume of queries from clients, banks and third parties.
You will be responsible for ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and a high level of service is provided at all times.
Profile
No experience is required but we are looking for the below
Excellent telephone manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent Customer Service Skills
